Build what God has Called You to Build

Earthly Impact. Eternal Value.

Leadership Can Be a Lonely Place.

From the outside, leadership often looks rewarding.

From the inside, it can be surprisingly isolating.

As your responsibilities grow, genuine relationships often become fewer.

Conversations become more transactional. People need answers from you. They need leadership from you. Many want something from you.

Few simply want to walk alongside you.

The weight of major decisions can become difficult to share. When those decisions affect employees, investors, customers, family, ministry, and legacy, the pressure can be immense.

Many have coaches.

Many have consultants.

Very few have an Advisor they deeply trust to seek God's wisdom with them before the biggest decisions are made.

That is the space where I am called and have been serving for more than twenty years.

A Different Kind of Executive Advisor

My purpose is simple:

To help founders and leaders align the spiritual and practical dimensions of business so they can build what God has called them to build, steward it faithfully, and create something that carries both earthly impact and eternal value.

I don't come with a consulting framework looking for somewhere to apply it.

I come alongside founders and CEOs in an ongoing relationship built on trust, prayer, discernment, and practical strategy.

Together we seek God's perspective on the opportunities, challenges, and decisions that shape both your business and your life.

Sometimes our conversations focus on leadership.  Sometimes they focus on business strategy.

Sometimes they focus on relationships, calling, or stewardship.  Every engagement is different because every leader is different.

But the purpose remains the same:  To help you hear God clearly, lead wisely, and build what He has called you to build.

The Kingdom Alignment Methodâ„¢

Every business challenge has practical dimensions.

Many also have spiritual dimensions.

The Kingdom Alignment Methodâ„¢ is the framework I use to help founders and CEOs discern both.

Rather than reacting to circumstances alone, we seek God's perspective first, align leadership and strategy with His direction, and then move forward with confidence and faithful stewardship.

The process is simple, repeatable, and deeply relational—designed to help leaders make decisions with greater clarity, wisdom, and peace.

Why Leaders Invite Me Into Their Journey

Trusted Presence
Spiritual Discernment + Strategic Perspective
Long-Term Partnership

The greatest value I often provide isn't simply another opinion—it's being a calm, trusted presence during seasons of pressure and uncertainty.

For more than twenty years, founders, CEOs, and ministry leaders have invited me to walk alongside them through some of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Business decisions are rarely only business decisions.

By combining Biblical wisdom, spiritual discernment, and practical strategy, I help leaders gain clarity where uncertainty, complexity, or competing priorities have clouded the path forward.

Many of my advisory relationships have grown into long-term partnerships, including strategic advisory roles, equity participation, and trusted counsel over many years.

Because the goal has never been simply solving a business problem.

It has been helping leaders faithfully steward their calling.

This May Be For You If...

✓ You're building something larger than yourself.

✓ You believe business can be sacred work.

✓ You don't want to make major decisions without seeking God.

✓ You value wisdom as much as expertise.

✓ You want your life's work to carry both earthly impact and eternal value.

If this resonates with you...

I'd be honored to have a conversation.

"For over twenty years, I've found myself repeatedly invited into significant moments in the lives of founders, CEOs, and ministry leaders. The pattern has always been the same: leaders aren't simply looking for better strategy. They're seeking wisdom, clarity, and alignment with what God is saying."
