CAREER AND TRANSITIONAL COACHING SERVICES

There’s a lot of coaches and strategists out there but from the language they use, the techniques they share you can tell, they’re based in the New Age and promiscuously calling on spirits or the universe, or manifesting to get what you want. That’s not me. I’m unapologetically Christian, my strategy, council, and coaching is firmly rooted in the Word of God and led by the Holy Spirit. My philosophy for Life and Business has been developed from this experience, God created us, He knows best, let’s engage with Him and see what happens. I’m not talking about just any god, but the One Who sacrificed His only begotten Son for us.  Who came so that we would have an abundantly joyful life. Why expect the universe to help you when you can go to the source and call on the living God Who created it all instead. The One true God knows, cares, and created you for purpose and destiny, part of which has to do with your business and life’s work.
 
When the King of Israel inquired of the pagan gods the prophet was sent and asked him, "...is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of His word?..."  Aligning more accurately with Him positions your life to better fulfill your destiny. You will face challenges, setbacks and obstacles but aligning with Him brings a lifetime of fulfilment.
 
My name is Bradley Wade Karpinski, and I coach leaders in business in any sphere, the principles are the same and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. I’ve worked with leaders in finance, energy, real estate, church, education, politics, sports, private and public companies. 
 
Here’s some background and what you can expect.  God graciously opened this work up to me when a friend who was the owner and CEO of a Canadian wealth management and financial services company.  A bold and gifted man, great with people and an incredible networker.  The CEO was in the process of losing millions of dollars of his clients funds and was confused and scared. When we met for coffee, the CEO was physically shaking from stress, his phone kept ringing during our meeting, but he wouldn’t answer, he said they were angry clients. He didn’t know what to do and he said he couldn’t get any clarity from God so he asked me, his friend to see if God would speak anything to me concerning his situation. Surprisingly, God did! As soon as I arrived back to my office, I sat down and God downloaded to me half a page of point form ideas and strategies for my CEO friend to follow. it was a couple of months before he contacted me again. God told me not to contact him first which seemed strange. When we eventually got together, he was a different man and he was excited to tell me what he had been working on over the last two months and believed was the new direction for his business. As he spoke I knew immediately he was listing things off I had written down and sealed in an envelope two months previous. When he was finished, he asked me if God ever spoke to me? I pulled out the envelope and handed it to him, and he was surprised but extremely encouraged by what he read because it confirmed he was on the right track. When he read the other ideas and strategies he had not considered yet he was in awe. Investments in different areas, strategies that would stretch him personally, and financially, God was confirming his direction. To his credit he applied those ideas and strategies and his business grew threefold the next year and five fold the year after that. he was my first official client and we worked together for several years.
 
One more recent story I will tell you, it’s about another businessman. A senior executive who had worked across the world in several multinational corporations.  His latest work was in Canada, which is how we met.  Soon after he arrived, he lost his job. A senior executive in high demand and accustomed to handling large projects in the tens of billions of dollars. Now, unemployed in a new country with no supports. This went on for a whole year while he tried to start his own consulting business. His efforts were extremely unsuccessful. By the end of the year he was fortunate to be working manual labour just to make ends meet. Now, during this time, I was helping out a ministry organization, assisting the Leaders, an elderly married couple. They led a church, service to the community and planned and hosted large conferences.  The businessman who attended the conferences and church kept calling to book appointments with me. I asked him what his purpose was for meeting, but he didn’t know so we would converse and I would encourage him, and he will go on his way. In a few months he moved to another city, and I thought that was the end of our meetings. Surprisingly, he invited me down for a half week to meet with him and discuss business together. During that time he expressed his deep desire to start his own company, and we both knew that we should partner together to merge natural with spiritual expertise. We worked together for several years building up the company, seeing miraculous breakthroughs along the way.  The company really took off and we had over a billion in IP and projects lined up.  I left for other adventures but that same company is now doing projects valued over ten billion dollars with just over 10 years of operations.
 
So my question to you is, what will your story hold? God‘s word says that “it is the glory of God to hide a matter, but the glory of kings to search it out”. In you is divine treasure that needs to be shared with the world., My gift is to help you find it and with God’s help,  align you with heaven’s purpose, plan and blessing for your life.
